As Christmas Eve settles in, we’re sharing the final song of Sunday Sessions—a heartfelt duet of Kelly Clarkson and Chris Stapleton’s “Glow.” This song feels like the perfect way to close out this project, as it captures everything this season is about: connection, light, and the warmth we find in the people who matter most. This has been such a meaningful journey for me, and I want to take a moment to say thank you. Sharing that part of myself was terrifying, but you reminded me how special it is to connect through music. Truly, thank you for holding space for it. Tonight, I’m sharing something deeply personal—my voice. For those who knew me a lifetime ago, you know my complicated relationship with Christmas. And for those who’ve only known me as the floral fairy godmother of 3B’s Flowers, it might surprise you to see this side of me. On the surface, I might seem like someone who fully embraces the season, but the truth is, Christmas and I have had our battles. This year, I made a promise: to take Christmas back. To love it again. And tonight, that promise begins here. This is a cover of Billie Eilish’s “Come Out and Play.” It’s not your typical Christmas carol, but it’s one of my favorite winter songs. When we recorded it, I realized just how much it reflected my journey. For years, I focused on all the ways I thought I fell short—the tension, the imperfections—and I stopped trusting my voice. Hearing this song back felt like seeing myself through kinder eyes. For the first time in years, I believed my voice could still be something worth sharing. It isn’t perfect, but maybe that’s the point. This song became a love letter to myself—a reminder to trust, to let go, and to come out and play. For those who know 3B’s Flowers, this might feel unexpected, but to me, it’s exactly who we are: a place where beauty and authenticity come together, even in imperfect moments.
