As many of you are aware, Holly and I run the catering piece of the business together.
Diane is not only an essential part of Too Hot Peppers Salsa Company but she has also been covering our joint store front and helping with the catering and frozen meals!
We are still keeping our store front hours the same (Wednesday to Saturday every week)
and are still making all our meal deliveries

We would however like to ask people to make preorders as much as possible so that we can plan and make sure we meet the demand while missing an essential member of our team!
I will leave Holly as prepared and far ahead as possible, I will be doing all VIP deliveries for the whole month of November on November 1

we are hoping for as few disruptions to services as possible but November 3-18 will be particularly difficult for Holly so please bear with us during this!
And send prayers for Diane!
