I had to share this from the author of a children’s book that teaches them about emotions. Rainbow Drop Books is something children can relate to! children’s mental health

The other day, I witnessed a beautiful moment that filled my heart with so much love and happiness. As I watched my nana hold my 8-month-old baby in her arms, I couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of joy and gratitude. It was a moment that reminded me of the power of family and the incredible bond that spans across generations.

In a world that can sometimes feel chaotic and overwhelming, it's moments like these that remind us of the importance of cherishing our loved ones and creating lasting memories. Seeing my nana’s eyes light up as she interacted with my baby, I could see the love and wisdom she has accumulated over the years being passed down to the newest member of our family.

It's moments like these that make me appreciate the beauty of life and the precious connections we share with our loved ones. I am very grateful to be a part of a family that values and nurtures these connections.

May we all take a moment to cherish our loved ones and create memories that will be treasured for generations to come. ❤️
