Last day of 2022! What a wild ride.

2022 was exciting, exhausting, and full of growth. Personally and professionally, I worked on patience, acceptance, forgiveness, and organization.

As an empath, I find myself taking on the emotions and burdens of others, but in focusing on using it to understand why people do what they do, rather than carrying that weight for them.

My 2022 goals were:
• Completed Event Management Program at George Brown College 🙌
• Steady, rewarding career with benefits
• Go to sleep grateful each night
• Floss more
• Keep anxiety in check
• Work on self-acceotance, love and forgiveness

As always there was some resolutions I did not hit, but the timeline can move into the next year. I can be patient with myself and know I've changed a lot and bettered my life in the last two years.
