FINALLY I can see the surface of my counters after 2 weeks of baking for family and friends ❤ A glass of late harvest German wine was well deserved at 10:30 pm with some cheese and crackers 😀 I'll be getting ready soon to host Christmas Eve dinner with family 😍

Tea is a staple drink in my family. I grew up with tea served in our household. To this day, I need to have a cup of Persian tea in the evenings as an end to the day. Truly relaxing 😌 Teatime Anytime 😊

Cake of cheese 🧀 this is an impressive centrepiece for your Afternoon Tea table served with baguette slices, qualify crackers or simply bread sticks 😋 I really enjoy making this for special occasions. It's made up of multiple cheeses, in 3 layers where the middle layer includes cooked spinach with the cheese mixture. Sundried tomatoes throughout the layers add the extra texture and taste to complement the cheese flavors. Pesto mixture and roasted pine nuts are the final cherry on top 😋 👌 😜

Have you ever had egg bundt cake? All savoury!! It's one of the best centre pieces for brunch or Afternoon Tea for a large group of friends. Some of the ingredients are, mini fried potatoes 🥔, Pillsbury biscuit, spinach, ham, green onions/scallion, shredded cheese 🧀.
