Love Blossoms is a company created by three friends who found it very difficult to plan the most special day of their lives while also juggling life's daily requirements, a career, and family and friends, amongst other commitments. So we looked at each other and thought, why not start a company that is focused on helping ease the stress of wedding planning?
With Love Blossoms, your wedding planning package will include:
- a certified WPIC wedding planner
- Unlimited scheduled planning meetings
- Budget preparation, allocation, and management
- Recommendation of vendors that we do not provide, attendance of vendor meetings if needed, and facilitation of vendor bookings
- Theme and style development
- Consultation on colour, design, and decor
- Development of detailed wedding day itinerary
- Review of wedding day schedule
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal, if needed
- Wedding planner spreadsheet to assist in creating your itinerary
On your special day, you can expect:
- Supervision for the set-up of all aspects of the ceremony
- Behind-the-scenes assistance in orchestrating your ceremony schedule
- Coordination of reception set-up: favours, menu cards, table numbers, etc.
- Coordination of reception details with vendors
- Assistance throughout the day to ensure that the program runs smoothly and all of your plans are carried out
With Love Blossoms, your standard photography package includes:
- Two photographers
- 10-hour Wedding Day coverage
- 2 hour Engagement Shoot (can be broken into two 1 hour sessions in separate locations)
- Digital, high-resolution images of your Engagement and Wedding Shoot on DVD
- Private Online Gallery of your Engagement and Wedding Shoot
- 12x12 Photobook – 10 spreads (20 pages)
- 16x24 Canvas
Optional photography upgrades include:
- Extra 5 hours of coverage
