Today I celebrate Moms!

Moms who are enjoying their babies for the first time, and moms who have been in this journey for long.

I celebrate moms who had to step as both mom and dad and have brought up their kids as incredible humans for this world.

But this year, I wanted to focus on moms who have lost their kids for multiple reasons.
I’m not a mom to know the pain, but I have experienced first hand the emptiness of losing a child.

Moms who have had miscarriages and felt empty. I’m sorry! And I celebrate you for the courage, for the love and the patience that this journey brings to your lives.

To all moms today!

Emily and German had to postponed their wedding for far too long, because you know, life.
But it was beautiful to see them finally get married and enjoy with their small crew what they had waited for so long! 👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏻‍♂️

Congrats Emily and German, not only for your wedding, but for being so patient during this whole process, for accepting it and adjusting despite of the bad times. You guys rock 🤙🏼❤️❤️

WOW CANADA WhAat???
It’s been a long time since I felt like this about a place. And don’t get me wrong I love everywhere I travel to, but can we just look at the glorious Rockies 😍😍
They took my breath away both literally and figuratively. The glaciers, the forests 🥰 the bears (I did not see) but their home is just so Goood.
Our trip to western Canada was definitely one of my favourite, plus we had the best company all along. Aly and Dylan were the best adventure hosts. Thank you 🏔🥰😍 @ British Columbia, Canada

Im a bit crazy about the sky, I love starry nights, sunsets, moody cloudy days, it's just fascinating! 🙃

Last night, we got to see a glimpse of comet while in a cloud of mosquitoes that we didn’t quite enjoy 😂, but the experience was totally worth it😍☄️

Adventure described by the dictionary: “It’s an exciting experience that is typically a bold, sometimes risky, undertaking. Adventures may be activities with some potential for physical danger such as traveling, exploring, skydiving, mountain climbing, scuba diving, river rafting or participating in extreme sports.”

Adventure the day I photographed Arnold and Michelle: Met at an unknown location, there was some physical danger climbing up and down the cliffs, found the waterfall right before it got dark. Walked about 40 min back in complete darkness.

Absolutely worth it.❤️
Seek adventure always, however it looks like for you.

BIG WEEKEND GIVE AWAY!!!

With everything that’s going on in the world, I just wanted to share some love with everyone; and invite you to do the same.

I’ve been thinking of a good way to give back to couples that were affected by the pandemic, and our beautiful black community, and so I’ve decided to give 2 couple sessions specifically to both pandemic affected and black couples.

With some of the regulations being lifted, and the province re-opening, we couldn't help it but hit the trails, and get some photos done.

Juan and Dany, are not only my friends, spiritually lifting people, but an incredible inspiration when it comes to love, life, and travel miles. Haha

I love these two humans and their two 4 legged babies, 🐱🐱 Simon and Leo.

I often cry behind the camera, I really do. I get all the feels when the vows are happening, or the groom is so excited he can’t contain the tears. AGGG guilty of corniness lol

Alex and Magda were one of those couples, that got all that out for me. They’re so sweet to each other, caring, and as they said in their vows “There’s no day they don’t make each other laugh”

I love being part of these moments, to connect with my couples, and for them to feel so comfortable they think they have another guest at their wedding.

Can’t wait to go back and celebrate with so many of you. 🖤

Before this COVID madness, I met one of my best friends in Grand Canyon, and it was INCREDIBLE.
Adri got engaged to Pedro last December, and there’s nothing more exciting than to celebrate the big step, in freaking Grand Canyon!

The weather was incredible and it was the perfect set up, for a dance party, and some romantic shots of these two.

Unfortunately, their wedding plans, as for so many couples, are being affected by this pandemic. And today, I could only share some love from a distance and hope for this season to end soon.🤗❤️

Something that’s been super encouraging these past couple of weeks, have been to be able to communicate with people, through social media, and all these cool platforms.

A few days ago, I got to chat with a bunch of incredible people, I got to meet when I first got to Canada. People I don’t specially talk to on my everyday, but it was incredible to catch up with so many of them, and see their growth in the past years. So many things have changed!!! new careers, new babies, new relationships. It’s soooo cool!!

Of course we are all dealing in one way or another with pain, or stress, or just exhaustion from this crazy times; but it’s also been so good to have more time to enjoy things we love doing, like starting a new hobby, or spending time with our families, the so needed REST for many of us, going through old files and photos, DIYing the heck out of.... everything really...

Let’s keep up, we’re almost done with this (says my ultra optimistic soul) 😂 hope this brings some smiles to you.
