Siavash, the founder of You Plus One, has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Born in Iran during the Islamic revolution, he rose from a challenging past to become a leading figure in the Northwest underground scene. Known for his emotional and magnetic sound, his work has been featured on labels like Get Physical and Mobilee, and in 2022, he launched a project with techno legends Pig&Dan.

As head of You Plus One, Siavash has put Canada’s west coast on the global dance music map, curating top international talent. He regularly performs at major venues and festivals worldwide, including Sisyphos in Berlin and BPM in Tulum, and is an international resident at BarAmericas in Latin America.

Instead he values delivering on the bigger picture vision of each specific event, while still bringing his own flavour to the dance floor (including his own exciting productions).
