What a treat to have access to some of the best quality fish in the entire city!

This stunning Maguro fillet is one of the best I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy!

It’s all thanks to the tireless work by the folks at who slave day in and day out to provide the city with the freshest catch and the widest variety of seafood!

4 in-house sauces, fresh lemon & horseradish

Then a triple decker seafood tower starting with:

Caviar trio, stunning wild caviar from St.john New Brunswick, lovely Polish Osetra caviar from and amazing texture with a POP! In the form of amazing Capelin Cavair (tobiko roe)
The caviar was served with Pearl spoons & lovely Canadian creme fraiche and in-house blinnies!
