Chef Eric Iacampo at Browns Shoes head office is looking for a sous-chef / cook for the corporate kitchen to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, between 35-40 hours, from 7:30am to 3-4pm.
Services:
Various breakfast items such as sandwiches and plates (between 7:30 - 9am)
Daily soup
Salad bar with prepared salads and custom salad options
Various sandwich options
Daily main dish (protein/veg/starch)
The tasks while working with the chef would include:
Prepping mise-en-place for all services
Executing some recipes as per chef's instructions
Serving customers, including a-la-minute breakfast items, salads, etc.
Learning and working cash register
Washing tools and equipment
Cleaning kitchen
Aprons and knives provided
