Hello everyone, we are less than a week out until Kipling and we are so excited to celebrate with you!!!! Here are some quick announcements and updates for the Kipling Formal and Pranks

Before Kipling Formal:
• Pls confirm that your name and dietary restriction is on the sheet below: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11Obif4UY2V_9vJj29hz7xsF8TBxAxZQW?usp=sharing
• Transportation: There is parking available for those who are driving and there are buses available for those who need transportation. If you have signed up for a bus, please arrive at **Hatch at 6:45 pm**. There will be 3 buses leaving in 15 minute intervals, WITH THAT SAID PLS DO NOT SHOW UP LATE AT 7:15 AS THERE ARE LIMITED SEATS ON THE BUS!!!!!! If you require transportation and did not fill out the google form, pls contact us ASAP!!!
• Get hyped for Kipling Formal!

Kipling Pranks:
• Setup for Kipling pranks begin on the evening of March 24th and the pranks will run on March 25th
• If you have been asked to contact facility services, pls do ASAP

The evening of Kipling Formal (March 25th):
• Dress Code: Formal: Wear an outfit you feel comfortable in! Some examples include: a suit and tie, dresses, blouses and pants/skirts, a button-down dress shirt and pants, etc.
• Put your game faces on there will be chances to win prizes!
• Get ready to have an amazing night and party!!!

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in advance. We have been working really hard to give you all a memorable night and we can’t wait to see you!

Transportation!!!

For those driving to Liuna station, there is free parking available.

For those who require transportation to and from Liuna Station, please fill out the google form below

Buses will be available from Hatch to Liuna Station on March 25th. Exact times will be posted later but they will run from 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm and will return between 11:00 pm and 1:00 am. If you will require transportation to and from the venue please fill out this form!

Kipling Formal FAQ

• Is there a bar?
o Two bottles of table wine will be provided at each table (this is included in the ticket price) There is also a bar with drinks available for purchase. The prices are the following:
 Soft Drink: $2
 Mixed Drinks: $7
 Beer Imported: $9
 Beer Domestic: $7
 Wine by the glass: $7
 Wine bottle: $35
• What can we expect at the Kipling Formal?
o Dinner
o Dancing with a great DJ
o Photo booth
o Late night poutine bar
o Chance to win a prize
• Will there be transportation provided?
o Yes, there will be buses to and from Liuna Station departing and arriving to Hatch. The bus times are 6:45 pm, 7:00 pm, 7:20 pm and return trips are at 11:00 pm, 12:00 am, and 1:00 am.

• When will we be able to see the final seating chart?
o The final seating chart will be available on of March 25th
• When are Kipling pranks?
o Kipling pranks will be set up on the evening of March 24th and will be available on March 25th.
• When do tickets sales end?

Hello graduates! The last day for Kipling Sales is tomorrow!!!! They are available at the Drain located in Hatch

Hey everyone,

Just a friendly reminder that ticket sales will be available at the drain during March 2-4 and March 7-8. They are open between 9:25 am and 5:25 pm Mon-Thurs and 9:25 am to 4:25 pm during Fridays. The price for graduating students is $85 and for guests it is $95. This price includes admission, dinner, and a gift. Proof of vaccination for all guests will be required in order for ticket sale. Payment can be made in cash or with credit/debit; however, there is a 3% transaction fee for credit/debit.

Each graduate is permitted to bring one guest. There will be dinner, dancing with a great DJ, a photo booth and photographer, and a gift included in the ticket!

You are all invited to the Kipling Formal! Congratulations Graduates! Come join us in celebrating on the evening of March 25th at Liuna Station. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m. and dinner will be served at 8:00 pm. The evening would include dancing, dinner, and a night of fun!

We are currently working hard to proceed with an in-person Kipling Formal that we are expecting would take place at Liuna Station. This would include dinner, dancing, and a night of fun. Proof of vaccination will be checked during ticket sales and again on the evening of March 25.
