"Courtney was fantastic, we were running a bit behind schedule so we met her minutes before the ceremony, this made us anxious just in general.
But as soon as we met Courtney we felt at ease again and very excited.
She walked us through what to expect and had a great energy to her.
We enjoyed having her as our officiant very much, and would definitely recommend"

Listen, things happen! It's hard to stay on schedule sometimes and running late for your wedding can be really stressful!
My goal is always to stay calm and reassuring when this happens. We can't change it, so why add to a Brides stress?!

I'm so happy I could take even a little stress away from R&B before they walked down the aisle 💒🩷

Happy Mother's Day to all of the beautiful mummas out there.
But especially this woman, my mum.

Not only did I plan my entire wedding with her (I think my husband was grateful for that), but she also officiated our ceremony, which meant the world to me.

For 35 years she has given me unwavering support in everything and anything I've done.
She's truly my best friend.
Love you mum. 🩷

The hand fasting ceremony is my favorite. 🤝

It's something I've included for many couples and even did it at my own wedding.

This beautiful ceremony for F&D's wedding was extra special, because the couple asked me to not only speak the words, but wrap their hands as well ❤️‍🩹

I was so honored to be part of this symbolic and beautiful portion of their ceremony 🙏

Quick Tip Tuesday:

When you're invited to a wedding and the invitation says 4:00PM, that *usually* means the Bride will be walking down the aisle at 4:00PM.

It's a good idea to be there 10 or 15 minutes earlier to get your seat and settle in ☺️

Brides - consider adding to your invites, "Bride will be walking down the aisle at 4:00PM" as opposed to simply stating the start time as 4:00PM 👰

"Courtney was the steady constant we needed on our big day. She was professional and always available via email or phone prior to our wedding day. She followed our preferences selected prior to the wedding and was flexible due to the changing COVID restrictions. During the ceremony she was light hearted when appropriate and walked us through the small things no one really talks about (paper work, which order to put the rings on etc). She was patient and kind, even when our doggy ring bearer wasn’t cooperating! Jake and I had a wonderful wedding day and a large part of that was due to Courtney’s calm, joyous spirit. Thank you for being part of our day, you’ve made it memorable for us all!"
