Frequency: the rate at which something occurs or is repeated over a particular period of time or in a given sample.

Vibration: a person's emotional state, the atmosphere of a place, or the associations of an object, as communicated to and felt by others.

Mindfulness: Noticing what your mind is thinking, without judging the thoughts. Similar to stream of consciousness, but at least paying attention to the idea that "My mind is thinking this."

Consciousness:
The physically unidentified mechinism that is experience; the fondation of perception; the self; an entagible collection of data obtained by way of the senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch, etc.). .

Energy: A mood or aura that someone "radiates" while doing something. Typically, this mood is laid-back and nonchalant, though the energy type can vary. Another word for this would be vibes.

Human Life is a ride of consciousness as we are the universe experiencing itself, therefore by being more mindful about your thoughts and actions, even when we made or make mistakes, you are able to raise your vibration and create or change the reality surrounding you, shifting the normal frequencies of highs and lows in life towards higher frequency experiences, manifesting a greater and cleaner energy as every dawn is a new beginning of what we call day light, having new opportunities in the daily bases, like jobs, encounters, business opportunities or finding Love. So Live Your Life, Live Free, Raise Your Vibration and Frequency by being Mindful about your power of Consciousness to create the reality that you want to live. If you think nothing works, intense healing will be necessary.

Time is the only thing that we can not change, its the only thing that keeps going even after death, its only an illusion of what we see around us changing but it is actually just being, emitting, transmitting, creating, we are energy being transformed from matter to matter through matter through matter, so since its only an ilusion, there is no future set in stone, there is no past that cannot be changed, there is only a gift, the gift of the present moment itself, through the eyes of a spirit, limitless, timeless, we can only create what life was meant to be, with kindness not hate, we can continue in this never ending story, life, through consciousness and dimensions where we ascend...

This post is dedicated to every person I have met since I arrived in Canada, to every friend who has extended theyre hand to me and those who couldnt also too, for every friend that has seen the full of me and not just a half part, for every friend in Mexico that I deeply love and was there in a huge stage of life, for every person I met in New York who forged my heart and forever for my entire family and son who are waiting for me one day back home, for changing a pattern in life and generation and to expand the horizons of my vision to bring higher who ever I know.
