Two performances today..in Calgary! This venue, The Inn on Officers Garden, is stunning. The queen stayed here in ‘51 when she was still a princess! There is so much history here, in a beautiful city!

Wishing Zanna & Matt a happy 2-year wedding anniversary! These shots are from Stonefields Estate, a gorgeous venue with wonderful owners.

Most grooms stand at the front, but Matt chose to walk to to "Is This Love" by Bob Marley! That was certainly stuck in my head for a while after their wedding. Another memorable moment was playing "Can You Feel The Love Tonight", while their 2-year old daughter was carried down the aisle!

A little Viva La Vida Fairmont Château Laurier for tonight’s performance.

Guests started singing along, and the performance continued with karaoke-piano including Adele’s ‘Someone Like You’. I love those types of performances!

Had a great time performing for Emily and Cory’s wedding at National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts this Victoria Day long weekend. Congratulations to you both. This was my first Spring Wedding this season, first Winter wedding was at the Fairmont Château Laurier.

One can always count on the British to make lasting memories of an important event. I attended the New Year's Day Parade in London 5 years ago and it was incredibly memorable. I still remember the energy and excitement, the cold winter air, standing on places 6 feet above the ground to get a better view, coffee and biscuit [temporarily] in hand.

There are countless events you probably have memories of; perhaps it was a Royal Wedding, perhaps the death of Lady Diana or Queen Elizabeth the 2nd...

Today will be no exception - the Coronation of the King today is a big historical moment for the British and it is being broadcast across the globe.
Like the British with important events, I always try to make my performances memorable.

This afternoon, I have two separate Coronation of the King performances.
Feels like I'm in England! 😉

This afternoon's concert went well! I was overwhelmed by the tremendous support in what was my first public concert "on stage" post-pandemic. A huge thank you to Roland Graham, DOMS, and all those who attended in person, and tuned in online.

'Tis the (busy) season! A performance Tuesday, then Wednesday, I had two performances, with the second one at the . I had & have the same schedule yesterday & tomorrow. Here's a little Chopin during Wednesday evening's performance. The grand piano that was rented for the occasion was superb and a real treat to perform on! It was great to be back at the Royal Ottawa yesterday getting people dancing! Staff went, "oh, you're the piano guy!" haha...I'm the piano guy.

Hope everyone is staying happy and warm this winter.

Also, the Miracle on Bank Street 4 [Dec. 22] has only 40 tickets left. We may have to turn people away at the door this year...

It feels great to give back to our seniors!
I gave two performances on Grandparents Day. This morning, I performed for a Multicultural Seniors Program at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre including Chinese, Arabic, Russian, and Classical Music. I would like to thank the organizers, translators, and, most importantly - OUR SENIORS for everything you do and have done!
