Days 2 and 3 of the Table Design Exhibition and Creativity Conference were nothing short of incredible!

Day 2 was all about inspiration and learning about creativity. We got the chance to explore the stunning installations, and of course, I couldn’t resist snapping photos in my favorite setups by and 📸✨

That evening, we partied the night away at a Car and Boat Museum, with entertainment so amazing it had everyone (even me!) up and dancing all night. Trust me, that’s a rare occurrence—so you know it was next-level! 🎶🕺💃 (And I’m not just saying that because I won a Brunch for 2 at one of Istanbul’s best restaurants.)

Day 3 focused on learning and connecting, with insightful Masterclasses and productive B2B meetings with destination wedding suppliers from around the globe. 🌍

Day 1 of the Table Design Exhibition in Istanbul kicked off with an unforgettable cocktail party at the stunning Rixos Tersane, setting the stage for three days of inspiration and creativity. 🌟

It was wonderful reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting so many new, talented individuals. Guests were treated to beautiful live entertainment and the grand reveal of breathtaking designs, all inspired by this year’s theme: The Art of Winter. ❄️

Teamwork makes the dreamwork!

Jenn and I have talked about collaborating on a wedding photoshoot since she opened Borghinvilla Wedding Venue in Discovery Bay Jamaica 9 years ago!
We finally made it happen in one of, if not, the grandest photoshoots either of us has ever done.

Planning took months and the vendors spanned two countries. We brought together a team of 8 WPIC Alumni and the results were simply amazing!
The flowers, cake, makeup and hair, coordination, and suits were all provided by certified professionals. 💙 💚

I can’t wait to show the photos once they are published, but I’m going to show some behind-the-scenes photos in the next couple days.

Pinning a boutonnière is an art that often gets overlooked, but it’s a small detail that makes a big impact! One of my biggest pet peeves? Visible pins! In these photos, I’m making sure this handsome groom’s boutonnière is secured *correctly*—and yes, I always pull out corsage pins from my trusty Emergency Kit if the florist only gives bout pins. 💼 (but Fleur provided the correct ones!)✨

Here’s the trick: Always pin it over the left lapel (even without a buttonhole), then flip the lapel, and use two pins to create an invisible X from the back, so the boutonnière stays in place all day, with no visible pins. It’s all about those details! 🌹

The day was nothing short of enchanting, with our officiant Danielle bringing warmth, grace, and a touch of fun to this beautiful celebration. From those pre-ceremony smiles, to the hand-fasting, to the picture-perfect dip-kiss right after the vows, every moment was filled with love and joy. 💖

Danielle truly made the ceremony unforgettable, and we can’t get enough of that final shot of her with the happy couple outside the castle just look at those beaming faces! 🥰

It was a day filled with love, laughter, and happily ever after. Stars ✨ Congratulations again, Genevieve and JP!

Round 2 Judgement Day done ✅

I was honoured to once again represent WPIC as an esteemed judge of the Experiential Celebration Awards portion of the 15th edition of the WOW Awards Asia!

Last year there were over 2500 submissions to the WOW Awards. Serving on the Jury for these awards is a big task and the calibre of the weddings is simply jaw-dropping. I love being a part of these awards!

More than 6000 delegates from 25 different countries attended the WOW Awards last year, this year they will be presented on August 17 & 18, 2024 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.

Stepping in to the weekend like…

Here are a few more photos from the editorial currently being featured in the latest issue of Munaluchie Bride magazine!

This editorial had it all! We had the live Motown band , Blu Soul, singing the couple down the aisle and serenading everyone on the dance floor, to keep with the Motown theme, the groomsmen had Music note lapel brooches instead of boutonnières, and the ladies had wrist corsages instead of bouquets.

The bridesmaids wore fitted shimmery gold, and everyone sipped on signature drinks resting on vinyl record coasters, called the “My Girl Martini” and the “Ain’t no Mountain Highball”.

Gorgeous purple flowers were everywhere, cascades along the floor, dripping from tables, and dangling from arches. The decor was jaw-dropping.

This editorial was one of the final projects for our “WPIC Art & Ex*****on of Styled Shoots” Course. Students completed the theory portion of the course online, then came and worked on this Styled Shoot to get hands-on experience.

What do you do when you want Greek columns for a Wedding Editorial? You ask Infinitude Designs to make them for you! 😉

I am so amazed and in love with how these turned out, I can’t wait to share the final product! came on-site and built this amazing structure in around two hours (and they were so awesome and nice every step of the way!!)

This installation was for our combined Art & Ex*****on of Styled Shoots course, followed by the WPIC Headshot Extravaganza, where WPIC Wedding Planner Alumni had the opportunity to come and get headshots and working photos in beautiful wedding setups.
