Last call to sign up for soundbanks 6 so we can determine the cost for insurance to ensure its feasible to have the event.
I hope the insurance isn't too much...

Here is the menu for food if we go ahead. Which I'm hoping we do.
The cost for food meals is extra.
Breakfast is 15$ per person per breakfast. 30$ for both days
Dinner is 20$ per person per dinner Fri and Sat dinner
Sunday Formal dinner is 30$ per person.

Pancakes with Syrup or Jam

I know some people are having a hard time with the price. The price was never firm, it was an estimate. The more community the lower the price. I've always shared the books and never did this to make money.

To have all the luxuries the cost would be more. The camp is charging 35$ plus hst per person per night.
I was planning to charge 75-100$ a person for campsite ticket. To increase the production and support community.
Ie Good Times Lights and dance floor, the alieninflux sound, hiring Kiki and the witches to perform a closing show.
To have a fully catered food for us to eat.

It's always been my intent to keep the cost down as best as I can and still make an Amazing experience for all to participate in.

This was never meant as a party but more of a fellow Community gathering.

Sorry for the higher cost and am definitely gonna miss the people who have been in the past and can't make this one.

Let's just hope insurance doesn't price out the people who are excited to go and have an Amazing Weekend :-)

A message from Jay...

I would like to thank all the people who have helped grow SOUNDBANKS into what it is.

What is SOUNDBANKS? Well, what SOUNDBANKS is NOT is a festival or go-hard party. SOUNDBANKS is a collective of great people who come together and are all important parts of the vibe & energy.

The intent of SOUNDBANKS is to create a family-friendly, creative & fun vibe where we call come together and share in the AWESOMENESS!

If your intent is to "go hard" and be visibly a mess from....things, this is not the event for you. It is important to keep a maintained demeanor around the children & others in attendance.

It is VITAL that we ALL police and monitor ourselves in a responsible manner to ensure there is not sloppiness. This IS a kid-friendly event. Sloppiness kills the vibe!

OK...rant done! LOL

I love the energy, the vibe and all the people who all contribute to the magic of SOUNDBANKS. I look forward to our new space and I know you all will love it, too! It truly is MAGICAL.

There are 3 forms that need to be filled out.

1. Membership Form - Information on whether you are 100% coming, how many people are in your group and preference of accommodations. This form is intended to get the numbers of people who are ACTUALLY COMMITTED to attending. This will help set the budget & organize accommodations.

As it stands right now, ticket/membership price will be $225 per adult for 3 nights and $180 for 2 nights Children 0-11 are FREE &
Kids 12-17 are $65 for 3 nights $50 for 2 nights

SOUNDBANKS 6 is scheduled for September 24 - 27, 2021

2. Meal Plan Form - This edition of SOUNDBANKS, you will have the option to pay for meals ahead of time. There are a number of options to choose from: 1 meal, 2 meals, 3 meals, 4 meals OR all 5 meals. Sunday dinner will be "formal" with a show after. Please see the Meal Plan Form for more information. This needs to be completed in order to get an idea of numbers, dietary restrictions and so we can set a menu. We will release the cost and menu after reviewing all the completed forms.

3. Volunteer Form - If you are interested in volunteering any of your time/energy, please complete the Volunteer Form. I want to thank everyone for offering to help out by volunteering. YOU are greatly appreciated and YOU are what makes SOUNDBANKS what it is.

We will begin collecting payments on Monday.

Sorry for the delay. The web hosting site we're using had been having difficulties for the last 9 days.

Welcome to Soundbanks Entertainment Group, creator of Soundbanks & Jay's Family and Friends Camping Trips.

I wanted to create an event that gets mature, like-minded people together to share in creating an awesome camping weekend with a vibe that didn't include sketch, "bros" and overly intoxicated people.

​It was about creating an event that could include bringing our kids to enjoy an amazing family-friendly vibe with theme camps, music and more!

I'm happy that this is my 4th year now and have gained the confidence and support of many friends.

This page is currently under construction and will evolve in the coming days and weeks. Please be sure to check out www.soundbanks.ca for breaking news and updates on upcoming events!

It is important that everyone understand that SOUNDBANKS events only work when we are all working together. Not only that but I couldn't pull this off without help from all of you. So, with that, I want to extend my deepest thanks and gratitude to all of you who have helped me execute my vision.

I am looking forward to seeing all of your lovely faces again in September for SOUNDBANKS Autumn Edition!
