One of my fave flower recently to work with is the Lysmachia or much better to memorize Gooseneck. Easy to see why 😉 .
It is a periannual has long woody strong stems lush green pointy shaped leaves and an elegant waved shaped flower consisting of many many little starlike flowers. They are excellent long-lasting cutting flowers and great addition to any bouquets. They add that typical wild or cottage look to any bouquet.

Today joining a workshop „Crafting your own style“ in Edmonton, AB. start at 8 till 530 pm. We do pretty cool stuff. Learning the tricks from Donald Yim, AIFD. The first piece, A rustic design with birchwood as a framework. And some mossballs with all fresh flowers, Calle, Roses, Orchids, Plumosa Fern.

Friday March 8, 8 women for the flower arrangement workshop in West Van arts room at the community Center, it was a great morning. We worked with Sideau, the 100% biodegradable floral foam fom Agriwool.. Some of the Art work looked like a miniature garden, very special with Viburnum and double petals Tulips and pink Hyacinths and Spagunum moss.
Do you know that each color of a Hycinth has a different fragance? For that reason Hyacinth are used to create Parfums.
