AZURE florist is an online preserved flower florist dedicated to Metro-Vancouver, providing floral products and delivery services. Our florist has completed the "AUBE Preserved Academy Diploma" course and got the certificate. A) How to order

B) How to proceed
1) Customers can place the o
rders with us via the above mentioned ways.
2) Please kindly fill in the order form to us.
3) Customers require to finish payment within 2 days.
4) Please cap screen of the EMT payment record with the Payer Name & amount to us.
5) We will confirm the order content and the received payment with you within 1-2 days. D) Product Preparation
Once the order is confirmed, we will start to prepare the product based on the order information.
1) Customized Product
Generally, we do require 5 business days for the order proparation and can send out on the 6th working day.
2) Flowers
We will deliver flowers within 2-5 business days to customers. In case of out of stock, we do need 10-15 business days to send out flowers.
12noon is the cut-off time on every business day:
eg, if we receive the order and confirm the payment before 12noon on 1 Feb (Monday), it will be the first business
day on 1 Feb while we will send out the products on 8 Feb accordingly. eg, if we receive the order and confirm the payment at or after 12noon on 1 Feb (Monday), it will be the first business
day on 2 Feb while we will send out the products on 9 Feb accordingly. Notice:
1) If customers would have a bulk or an urgent order, please do contact us for discussion in advance for better arrangement, thank you!
2) If we cannot send out the product on time, we will inform customers as soon as possible in order to have a better arrangement.
3) We will try our best to ensure that the products we make are similar to the product pictures, but because flowers are natural products, the shape of each flower will be different. The florist will make corresponding designs according to the shape of the flower material, in color matching and placement. Try to restore the effect on the product picture.
4) Once the products are sent out, we do not accept refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately if any problems. E) Change / Cancel Order
1) Change or adjust order
Please kindly contact us for discussion. If this is feasible to adjust, we may charge the handling fee.
2) Cancel order
In order to send the products to customer as soon as possible, we will prepare the product once the payment
is received. Therefore, once the order is confirmed, customer cannot cancel the order. F) Delivery Service
1) Free delivery is available for order C$150 or above on weekdays in Metro Vancouver. If the order is less than C$150, the delivery fee C$10-20 will be applied.
2) If the delivery is required during the weekend or holiday, the delivery fee C$10-20 will be applied as well.
3) For the delivery on a specific date, we will try to arrange and confirm with customer further.
4)Please note Metro Vancouver covers Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta, Langley & White Rock. Sorry that we cannot provide service for other cities.
5) Delivery time will be 8am-8pm.
6) If the delivery cannot be completed by personal reason like leave or rejection, we will contact the customer. If the cutomer needs additional delivery again, the delivery fee C$10-20 will be applied and we will try to deliver within 3 business days.
7) Please kindly inform us for the delivery address change 2 business days in advance. We will try out best to arrange but it depends on the actual situation on that day.
8) Apart from delivery service from us, customers can pick up the product directly at 5:15-5:45pm every Thursday at Skytrain Metrotown Station (East Access) in Burnaby.
