Its time to gather those inspirational boards, color palettes and images you've swooned over. Put them all together and decide your final theme, color and design for your big day.

If you are struggling to find inspo, or nothing seems to jive, we recommend taking a step back, look at everything you've done together - like your home, hobbies you both enjoy, and similar interests on social, and draw inspiration from there.

There's no right or wrong answer, and when you find the right fit for your wedding, you'll know it.

We're all about breaking the mold here at Weddings by Foodies, and while a huge part of that is elevated cuisine, some guests also request ideas on making their special day more

don't have to be a wasteful affair; but in a world of throw away linens and wasteful food practices, here are some ideas for making your big day more Earth friendly:

1. Choose to stay local: why go to ? We live in , have you seen some of the dramatic landscapes and beaches we have?

2 Ask your vendors: what are they doing to keep it sustainable? At our entire operation is based on locally sourced foods and reducing waste

3. Use decor: use a Linen Tablecloth than can be washed, instead of thrown. Opt for cloth napkins instead of paper.

So, how do you feed 150 of your closest friends and family? How do you give them a night they’ll never forget?

Hire what you love. Don’t settle for the venues caterer if that’s not what your heart is after. If the bride and groom met at the local taco stand, hire a taco truck. Just do you.

If only you could invite everyone, right?

But you probably can’t, which is why you should think about putting a cap on the number of invites you send out.

When figuring out who to invite, consider your budget, how many people the venue can hold, and who will pay for what.

If you have any parents pitching for the wedding, it’s considered appropriate to give them one third of the invites to pick.

Then comes some cutting, negotiations with both sets of parents and paring down to a final list

It’s time to do the math.

Before you can start anything, you’ll have to figure out who is paying, what you want to pay for, and what the bottom line is.

From there, breakdown your budget - what’s a priority? What’s not? - and budget for those items accordingly.

These number will probably change as you plan, so a helpful hint is to use a spreadsheet from the start. This will help you keep track of your spending and make it easy to adjust the numbers as you go
