Event Prof Tip:

Always have a good understanding of the work your trades people do and the realistic timelines for their work.

When establishing the skeleton of an event venue, it is critical to know the estimated build time for staging, projection screens, dance floors and lighting truss.

You don’t want your service staff coming in to setup place settings while your av team is still building a lighting grid on the floor.
