It is with mixed emotions that I share that I have submitted my resignation as Head Chef of Camelot Golf & Country Club. Over my time, it has been an absolute privilege and pleasure to serve the membership and to shape the culinary direction of Camelot. I am extremely proud of the talented team I’ve built, those I have mentored and the food culture that I have helped to foster. It has definitely been a career highlight for me.
I have recently accepted an incredible offer and new position as the Executive Chef at Sterling Steakhouse & Seafood, an elegant, contemporary fine dining establishment overlooking the Gatineau River.
I truly believe that Sterling is better suited for my culinary style, experience, passion, and ambitious work ethic.
While I am excited for this new chapter, it truly saddens me to step away from a club and community that I’ve deeply enjoyed and poured my heart into.
