Exciting Announcement Time!!

In 2021, we set out on a journey with Local Love Co., fueled by a passion for creating something special within our community. Since then, it has been an incredible experience building this brand alongside all of you. Every market, product, and connection has been a testament to the love and support we’ve received.

Now, after much reflection, we’ve made the heartfelt decision to pass the reins to two extraordinary women—Nicole and Amanda, effective December 2, 2024! They share the same vision and passion and have BIG plans for Local Love Co. We can’t wait to see where they take the business next.

As for us, we’re not saying goodbye quite yet! We will still be very much involved in the coming months and of course during this year’s Christmas Market, so you’ll still see familiar faces and experience the same joyful spirit of the season that brings us all together. In the meantime we’ll be working with Nicole and Amanda behind the scenes, as they gear up for the takeover!

Thank you for being a part of this beautiful journey with us. Your continued support will mean the world to Nicole and Amanda as they embark on this new chapter.

Thank you for the community of supporters who love to show up and support our markets as well as the amazing vendors. Thank you for walking through those doors and supporting all of our dreams!

Thank you to all the vendors who put their trust in us for the day. We want nothing more than for all of you to have a great market. We couldn’t do these events without you, so thank you.

So .love.co is putting on the Markets at the Summer Events? What does that mean for you as a vendor?!

It means we will take everything we know makes a .love.co Market amazing, everything that vendors and customers love, and do it in a new location on a bigger scale!

Here’s just a few ways we will these events a great experience for vendors:

• Although the Summer Events take over the Downtown core, we’ll have a designated Market Zone.
• We’ll curate the vendors in a thoughtful and meaningful way!
• Expect hands on organization, from planning through to ex*****on on Market Day.
• Communication is key!

We are thrilled for the opportunity to work alongside and be a part of the events that see thousands of visitors every year and that make our community so wonderful. Not only will we be taking over part of Downtown, but with so much space it means that we can have even more local love to go around!

We know, we know… it’s still Christmas Market season. But we’re excitedly planning our 3rd annual Galentine’s Market, which always breaks up the monotony of the new year!!!

Happening February 10 in the Heritage Ballroom at the Best Western in Okotoks! We’re so excited about this new to us location- a bright & spacious ballroom, in a great location (hello Costco weekend shoppers), and tons of parking.

Due to the high volume of orders we’ve received (we love you all🥹), today is your LAST chance to get your Local Love hoodies, or crews. After today we will be closing our website for orders until January.

(Don’t worry - If you really need to order one between now and January you can send us a message and we can work to fulfill it for you).

Also a reminder that our processing times are typically 2-3 weeks as each item is made especially for you by a team of busy moms.
