We can’t say it enough - repurpose your florals! Use your stunning arrangements in your ceremony and your reception. Not only does this create a beautiful cohesion and flow to your day, it also allows you to get the most out of your stunning arrangements so you’re getting the biggest bang for your buck!
Make sure you discuss who is responsible for the move over of these items and discuss with your vendors how much time they need to flip the decor form the ceremony to reception.

The head table is one of the most photographed areas of your wedding so you want to ensure you’re in love with the design. Work with your florist to ensure you create a floral design that is both beautiful and cohesive, and one that fits your vision. Talk to your planner about any extra decor you want added to the table such as candles, vases, photos, etc.✨

One of our favourite getting ready tips is to create getting ready playlists! Set the tone for your wedding day by creating group-curated playlists through Spotify/Apple Music/etc. Get each member of your wedding party to choose some of their favourite songs as you get ready for the big day, ensuring you start the day off on the best note possible (pun intended)🎶

What’s the difference between es**rt cards and place cards?

Es**rt cards are used to “es**rt” guests to their seats. They’re less formal than place cards and can be used in lieu of a traditional seating chart. They should be placed outside the reception space usually near the guest book table, and they should include the guest’s full name and table number.

Place cards are more specific, thus more formal. They’re placed on the tables before guests arrive to indicate where the guest will be sitting, and they include the guest’s name and meal choice, if applicable. This method requires a traditional seating chart to guide guests to the right tables. Place cards are an excellent way to add more detail and colour to your tablescape, and ensures your key guests get the best view from each table.
