When you rent from us you will see that we bundle our rental items in groups of 10, 20, or 36 with the exception of a handful of items. We do this for a number of reasons such as reducing the use of packing materials and the time that goes into processing and packing your orders so that we can keep costs down for you. As an added bonus, you will find yourself more prepared in the event that a glass breaks or flatware is dropped during service. You will always have a few extra on hand to ensure your guests experience is nothing short of flawless.

The feeling is everything ✨
When selecting our rentals the feeling is just as important as the way it looks. When it comes to our napkins it’s easy to say that they score high on both spectrums. Traditional napkins used for events are a synthetic blend with a sheen whereas ours are a cotton linen blend. They have subtle texture, variation in pattern and color, and get softer with each wash. They are a beautiful design element to your table as much as they useful!

We often get asked if there is a timeframe in which you can make changes to your order and the answer is additional items can be added at any time, subject to availability. You can subtract items up until a week prior to your event when final payment is due, but please note that the 50% deposit to secure your date is non-refundable.

When selecting our tableware special thought goes into selecting pieces that feel lovely in the hand, layer beautifully together and are unique to what’s available in Winnipeg. We consider how light will reflect off the glassware, how your dinner will present on our dishes and how your event’s table will look through the lens of your photographer. We love the thoughtful details!

One of our favourite trends that came out of the last few years was intimate weddings. They offer the opportunity to put a little more money into the things that make your day a reflection of you and your fiancé. You can splurge on a great caterer and offer something truly unique or rent one of your favourite restaurants for a venue, hire great entertainment, signature cocktails and stunning floral applications and stationary.

Did you know that if you intend on adding a menu card to your table setting and would like to layer it over a plate it’s helpful to know the dimensions of the plates your using? Being prepared with this simple piece of information will help your stationary designer nail the finished look by having the scale juuuuust right 👌🏻 Our speckled dinner plates pictured here are 10 1/2” and our salad plates are 8”.

Are you looking for rentals for your upcoming event? We recommend you book 3-6 months in advance for dishes, but some of our more popular items like our ribbed glassware, champagne flatware, candle chimneys and napkins should be rented 6-12 months in advance for the best chance of us being able to accommodate your request.

New to our line up is our DUSTY BLUE linen napkin, CHAMPAGNE flatware and SCALLOPED glassware. Please note that the scalloped glassware is not exactly as pictured, but rather a soft pinky beige that provides just a whisper of color to your tablescape. So dreamy.

Taking care of the dishes so you don’t have to since 2020 💁🏼‍♀️ Not only are you guaranteed a beautiful table when you rent with us, you also get to pack all the dirty dishes into a crate and ship them out of the house for us to handle! We’d call that a Win Win!

Festive things ✨ the ornaments are making their way out from under the basement stairs, a handful of presents wrapped and serving as holiday decor, egg nog lattes in full swing and our brains busy with what kind of Christmas content we want to serve up this year. Bring on the cozy season ❤️

Did you know we offer delivery and pick up? We deliver within city limits and surrounding areas. If you prefer to pick up that’s always an option too! We are located just 10 minutes past the perimeter or only 8 minutes from if you wanted to grab a little lunch and make a trip out if it ☺️
