We came across this special photo the other day. Our grandpa (on the left) who has passed away, often cooked whole hogs with his friends and built his own hog pit. We remember growing up grandpa hosting pig roasts and inviting the whole neighbourhood.

We know he would love what we are doing with Holy Smokes! We are so happy to continue on our grandfathers legacy with our BBQ business!

Hi BBQ FANS! We are excited to announce the launch of our new website, to better serve y’all. With this new website comes another exciting opportunity. We are now offering Bi-weekly orders. We will have vacuum sealed portions of all our meats. As well as some of our fresh sides. We are also taking orders for whole briskets and pork butts (which can be fresh or vac sealed) Our first pick up will be October 22nd between 10:00am-3:00pm (other arrangements for pick up can be arranged if needed) We are asking this time around for orders to be placed by October 17th to guarantee your order.
