"Stephanie and her team were amazing - we couldn't have imagined our wedding day without them! Truly the best decision we made to ensure it was as smooth and stress free as possible. Even though we had a venue coordinator who was also amazing, going forward and getting an additional coordinator who had only us in mind ensured that all the details we were hoping for did come to fruition. Stephanie was there all throughout the day checking in on us and our vendors, and just overall going above and beyond. Getting the late night supervision was also something we added on last minute, and we are so thankful as it ensured our friends and family could enjoy the day without worrying about cleanup."

"Stephanie was a dream to work with! We hired New Berlin for their Month of Coordination package and it was the best decision of our wedding. Stephanie took over all correspondence with our vendors for the month of the wedding and took so much stress off of coordinating pick-ups, drop-offs and scheduling our day. We barley had to look at our wedding e-mail for the month of our wedding! I had very specific expectations on what our venue would look like (DIY bride) and how our day would run. Stephanie ensured that the day was how we (the Bride & Groom) envisioned - down to every last detail. We extended our package for Late Night Supervision and Stephanie had all of our rentals, and personal decor packaged up for the end of the night without anyone taking notice of her. She kept the day on schedule with such gentleness and we really appreciated her calm nature while she was by our side.

Stephanie is a ray of sunshine! Spending the day with her, it was truly evident that she is passionate about what she does. I cannot sing her praises enough about how professional, decisive and receptive she is. She was prepared for an situation and is a great problem-solver. Sometimes, a co-worker or friend of a friend may think they're invited to your wedding. It can be super awkward to tell them they aren't coming. Here are a few ways to make it easier:

💚 Be Honest & Make It Personal

Don't beat around the bush! Family & close friends come first for your guest list.

It's OK to say it's just not in the budget to invite extra guests.

💚 Try To Meet Face-To-Face & Let The Know ASAP

Please don't text or email it! The sooner they know, the better.

💚 Suggest Other Ways To Celebrate Together

Suggest going out for dinner or grabbing a coffee or drink together instead!

Monday feels like a good day to share some important tips for what to AVOID while planning your wedding. ✖️

1. Assuming a certain number of guests will RSVP ‘no’ and over inviting. Make your guest list before venue shopping so you know the capacity you need. It’s OK to want lots of people at your wedding, but remember that will come with a cost attached.

2. Not scheduling time with just you and your partner during your wedding day. Your wedding day will go by very quickly. Schedule in two to three 20 mins time slots to be alone with your partner to soak in every moment.

3. Avoid including things that other people want on your wedding day, this is YOUR wedding day. Only include the things you want and will make you happy.

Laying good groundwork for your wedding planning is crucial, it sounds cliche but it is so, so true.
