We did have to get a bit creative with the room set up when we were forced inside for the ceremony, but a quick change over from ceremony to reception did the trick!

Shawna is hands down the best officiant there is on our sweet little island.
I may be a bit biased, because not only did she marry David and I, but she absolutely nailed our ceremony. She told our love story better than we could tell it ourselves. And now, she's a big part of our love story!

Today's wedding has been over a year in the making for us. We met Danielle and Kyle just after David and I tied the knot last year.
It's so fun to see all the hard work pay off and the vision come to life. And what a beautiful vision it was!
The rain held off for the ceremony too!

We've got exciting news!

Hustle & Bustle is teaming up with Cymbria Lions Club Community Center!
What does this mean? It means that so many more island couples will receive our coordinating services. Any couple that books their wedding at this location automatically has us to coordinate their day. We can also offer our setup/decor/tear down services for an additional fee and you'll have full access to our entire rental decor inventory!

This space is so cute, with a beautiful lawn and water view, perfect for an outdoor ceremony, lovely reception space with a large capacity and bar, gorgeous patio with Bar access as well and so much more!
We cannot wait to work with even more amazing people next year!

To our 2025 couples, don't worry! We're still working with you all to bring your dream wedding day to life. It's business as usual in that regard!

David and I would like to wish a very happy long weekend to all of our amazing clients!

This weekend we're celebrating the wedding that kind of started it all for us. Our own! Monday is our one year wedding anniversary! I have no idea where the last year has gone but getting to work with so many amazing couples and their families has been surreal.

We've got some very exciting things in the works so stay tuned!

We had such a great day coordinating our first wedding of the season. So much so, that I totally forgot to make a post until now!

A beautiful ceremony at St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, followed by the reception at the Rodd Charlottetown. Fantastic bride and groom, great family and friends and a great group of staff and vendors to work alongside of.

Seeing someone's dream day come together makes this job so totally worth it!

A tip from the pro herself! Brides, remember that makeup trials are an important part of your wedding planning process.

A makeup trial allows you to meet with your makeup artist well in advance of your day, you can talk about what you like and don't like and you get the opportunity to see how the makeup wears throughout the day.

To get the most out of your trial makeup, try to book it for the day of your Bachelorette or Bridal Shower, or any other important occasion.

Reflecting on our first year in business, David and I learned so much.
The main thing being, how much we love being able to help bring your event visions to life and getting the opportunity to work with so many lovely families is such a blessing.
In order to keep doing so, and to keep this business sustainable and grow it into what we hope it can one day be, we needed to make some small adjustments to our pricing.
Our goal remains the same. To bring the highest level of service to couples getting married on our lovely Island at a cost that is affordable.

We're finishing off the 2023 wedding season, our first season in business, at Stanley Bridge Resort where David and I got married back in May. What a perfect way to end the busy season.

Becky and John are such a lovely couple and it's been an absolute pleasure working with them to bring their dream day to reality.

We were back at The Delta today for Bailey & Stephane's wedding. It was so much fun and they are the sweetest couple.

We did the decor/setup and helped to coordinate their day.

We spent the day at PEI Brewing Company coordinating for Michelle & Dan's wedding.
They booked the Bustle Plus package, so we were there early to set up, managed their timeline throughout the day and came back to tear down at the end of the night. It took all the pressure off their friends and family and meant everyone could really be present for them.

It was a fantastic day all around. We're so happy to have been a part of it.
