We had the pleasure of preparing a delectable spread for a special graduation party this past weekend! 🎓👩‍🍳✨

From a refreshing melon tray and a gourmet charcuterie tray to savoury bacon-wrapped scallops and delicious chocolate-covered strawberries, every dish was crafted with passion. Our menu also included dips and chips, caprese salad, shrimp cocktail cups, spinach dip puffs, smoked salmon lox on salty pretzel chips, and more! 🍉🧀🥓🍓🍤

Hey 👋 it’s Karine from La Bouffe. Looking back on our journey, it's remarkable to see how the service evolved. In 2019, I started as a personal cook in Moncton, traveling to your homes to prepare your weekly meals. However, the onset of the pandemic prompted a shift in our approach.

During this time, I experimented with creating holiday sweets, which were met with incredible enthusiasm. I'm pleased to announce that they will be returning this year due to popular demand. 💝

This challenging period led to the birth of La Bouffe as it is known today—a subscription-based meal service for both homes and workplaces. Growing our little team means I get to spend more time in the kitchen, whipping up new recipes and above all, maintaining the quality and consistency that is the cornerstone of our business.

Just wanted to drop in and say a huge thank you for sticking with us. Your support means everything, and I’m so grateful for this community.
