With the end of summer fast approaching we have been busier than ever!

Phew!!! That was a long weekend!!
Started off on Friday with pulled pork sandwiches, Mac n cheese and green beans for the folks monthly lunch over at Grace Transport then followed it up with a multi-day BBQ/brunch for a wonderful family in my favourite beachside town Grand Bend, Ontario, Canada!
Because all of the events were buffet style, I didn’t get the best pictures but I took a nice video of the entire buffet from the BBQ! We had fall off the bone “best they’ve EVER had” beer and chipotle ribs, Smokey bbq chicken, chili lime salmon, lemon oregano potatoes, garlicky rice pilaf, honey thyme carrots and dilly green beans!!

We are working hard this week to finalize recipes and get everything ready to go!! We are beyond excited to bring our take on FRESH Asian street food to Grand Bend!!!
Our food is completely different from anything else you can get on the strip. Menu for the week will be:
Viatnemese Style Fresh Rolls
- shrimp, chilli crab or veggie. A medley of veggies (cucumber, carrots, live lettuce, red pepper, chillies, purple cabbage and fresh basil) are nestled beside your desired protein, egg and glass noodles. Served with either our signature dipping sauce or an umami rich peanut hoisin sauce.
Cucumber Salad
- slinky-style cucumber salad served with a chilli sesame dressing. Garnished with cashews, cilantro and fresh Thai chilli
Bahn Mi Sandwich
A signature dish that will be available all summer long. Freshly baked authentic Viatnemese bahn Mi rolls are freshly toasted and topped with a sweet and spicy, thinly-sliced pork roast, cucumber, pickled radish and carrot, fresh daikon, greens and a hoisin aioli. Served with an Asian slaw.
Thai Glass Noodle Lettuce Boats
Ground chicken is stir fried in garlic, ginger, chilli, fish sauce, lime, soya and brown sugar and mixed with a medley of fresh Thai herbs and glass vermicelli noodles. Served in lettuce boats with some pickled veg and cashews for crunchiness. These are an absolute HIT!! We guarantee you’ve never had a dish like it on the strip!!

Tuna or Tofu Onigiri 🍙 - $5 each
Delightful, hand shaped little rice balls stuffed with a fantastic filling of either tuna or tofu which is seasoned, spiced and sauced to perfection.
Salmon or Tuna Sushi Rice Packets - $8 each
A mixture or salmon or tuna, kewpie, sriracha, cucumber, avocado, green onion, sesame with well seasoned sushi rice, wrapped in rice paper then pan fried until nice a crisp.
Crispy Rice with Salmon or Tuna - $5 each
Crispy rice topped with a raw salmon or tuna salad. This menu item is inspired by Nobus famous appetizer.
Cucumber Salad - $10
Cucumber is expertly sliced into accordion-like shapes and served with a perfectly balanced dressing of soya, chilies and sesame. Serves 4 or 2x2 (2 people, 2 servings)
Chilli Salmon Fillets - $10 each -4-5oz fillets
Salmon fillets cooked with my homemade chilli oil. This makes the absolute BEST salmon. So much flavour with just one oil.

Sizzlin’ Chili Oil 🌶
By dumping hot oil over chilli flakes and… some other ingredients 🤫 I have created this condiment. Inspired by Okazu Miso Chili Oil, I went and created my own version. This can be eaten on literally anything!!
