Here’s how you can help us stay organized and ensure your day runs smoothly:
1️⃣ Use Bins & Bags: Pack all your personal decor like menus, favors, candles, signage, and more in clear bins or bags so we can easily see what’s inside.
2️⃣ Label Everything Clearly: Make sure to label each bin or bag with the table number, area (gift table, head table, etc.), and what’s inside. This helps us quickly place everything where it belongs.
3️⃣ Separate Decor by Table: Sort decor per table or section, making setup more efficient. This means we won’t have to dig through items or figure out where things go.
4️⃣ Include a Setup Diagram: If possible, provide a quick sketch or list showing where you want each item placed (candles, signage, favors, etc.).
5️⃣ Bundle Smaller Items Together: Wrap smaller pieces like place cards or cutlery decor in groups, so they don’t get lost or misplaced during setup.
6️⃣ Double-Check Supplies: Don’t forget extra batteries for lights or candles, and make sure fragile items are packed securely to avoid breakage.
