I am currently taking bookings for 2024 weddings! 🥰

With experience in shooting over 40 weddings since beginning my photography journey, I have found my niche in wedding photography and love to express my creativity through my clients, while capturing all the love and emotion of your amazing day. When you book me you don't JUST get someone following you around with a camera in your face (although this might be how it feels 🤣), you get pre-wedding meetings, consultations & recommendations on your planning and timeline! What works best to make your day flow as smoothly as possible and to make the most of your time to capture as many moments of love that we can.

During your wedding day, I'll laugh with you, I'll cry with you (ALWAYS, I'm a sook), I will fix your hair, carry your dress, I'll pin your boutonnieres and sew on buttons if need be. I will herd your family members and bridal party (cause god knows they ain't listening) for pictures, I will tell people to be seated when it's time to start the ceremony and I will drive you around to all the crazy photo locations you wanna go. I will be there for every moment during your day and I will probably say something absolutely ridiculous to make you smile and in the next moment, capture all your sweet and quiet moments too.

I feel like I JUST posted fall bookings! But Winter will be here before we know it, Christmas is just around the corner!

Sessions will be limited this winter, as Santa will be back at the Labrador Mall and those will take up most of my weekends! 🎅

Well we've been working on getting organized with our rentals, and we've had time to do some trials. Its still a work in progress but we are glad to say our website now has some products on it!

Eventually all our items will be listed under the "Rentals" tab, with our stock numbers.

We hope this will make it even easier for clients who are renting from us.

We will be closing our full service event planning/decorating business effective immediately.

We will be transitioning to a rental servicing business (unless the business sells), but we will need some time to organize how this will work. We will update on this through our page.

Well the worst case scenario happened…. COVID! I tested positive the weekend before a wedding and wasn’t out of isolation until the day of.

A HUGE SHOUTOUT to these amazing ladies who stepped up and did the most work while I was in isolation! Thankful, blessed and everything in between to have a phenomenal support system.

Happy New Year everyone!

We have enjoyed being a part of some wonderful and memorable events over the last few years, we thank every client for including us in their celebrations.

With that said, we have made the tough decision to sell our wedding and event decor business. We will be honoring bookings that have paid deposits while we are listed for sale, however we will not be taking any new bookings.

We at Amy Made Events cannot thank you enough for your support and encouragement these past couple of years.

We are hoping that another wonderful and creative person will come along and continue to offer this much needed service in our community.
