Thanks to the Arts Council for inviting us to play for the Bassano Summer Concert Series. It was very well attended and we had a good time playing for a great crowd. 👍

Had an interesting time combining a professional speaking gig with a music set. Thx to Global Village and the County of Newell for the opportunity to be a part of their annual PD day. 👍

The Highway 36 band is playing June 8 at 4 pm for the annual Bassano Smoke Off BBQ event.

Brother Bill and I had the opportunity to play for a seniors event. It was good to do some laid back Garth, W***y, Waylon, Merle and Johnny to a large appreciative group. 👍

We are playing a charity Food Bank event this Saturday Jan 20 from 7 to 9 pm. At the Brooks Heritage Inn.

This event is sponsored by our local John Ware Youth Empowerment Program. The youth will be putting this event on and receiving your food donations at the door.
Please consider coming out and supporting our youth and this good cause.
And the weather should be much warmer! 😎

Band for hire! Thx for the opportunity to play a dozen gigs over the last 8 months since we kicked off the Hwy 36 band. We’ve really enjoyed it and appreciate all of you who came out!

Happy New Year! We had a real good time playing the Year End Bash at Armando’s. Had a good crowd, dancing and lots of cheer. Brother Bill did great job on bass and Lynn helped out on mandolin on a few numbers. A good time for all. 😊

We are looking forward to playing the Year End Bash at Armando’s in Bassano Saturday December 30.
9 to midnight. Should be a great time! Lots of variety and dance music with some classic rock,outlaw country, and blues. We have brother Bill holding down bass duties.

Thank you everyone who came out to support the Christmas Foodbank Drive at the Rosemary Community Centre. Dennis and I enjoyed getting together with our old band The Retros to do the concert.

A nice summer afternoon playing music at the Farmer’s Market. Had some visitors from The Netherlands, as well as England come by, as well as family and friends. Very enjoyable playing to a relaxed group on the lawn. 👍

Gina and I are playing a couple of sets downtown Brooks at 2 pm this Thursday July 20, at the Farmer’s Market. Unfortunately Dennis has to sit this one out but he will be back for our show at Pioneer Acres on August 12. We will miss him but should be a nice afternoon listening to some tunes on the lawn. Weather looks good and lots of interesting market items. Hope to see you there. Be sure to say hi! 👍😎
