Hello all 👋

I know it has been quite some time between posts and activity on this account and I wanted to share a little as to why this occurred.

I took some much needed time to grow not only as a chef but as a human throughout this past year of 2022.

I truly wanted to find my place in life and what direction to head in . . . Both with my company / career and in my personal journey.

Throughout my absence, I traveled the world, met incredible people, learned extraordinary cuisines and best of all found myself along the way.

I cannot thank you all enough for your patience, understanding and continuous support throughout that journey and look forward to putting out some incredible dishes, products and educational services in this year of 2023! 🌟

My goals for this year:

•Be more vulnerable

•Launch a product

•Compete in the industry

Of course I have to pay tribute to my inspirational mentors who continue to help shape me into the best chef I can be, you are both my rocks, my guides, and my motivation. I will forever be thankful 🥹🙏🏼

Together we bring knowledge, education and passion to an industry left so long in the dark, that has been criticized, scrutinized, and belittled since it’s creation.

By offering an alternative approach to cannabis as a whole through fine dining, Cannabliss Cuisine is elevating this incredible plant, thought incredible cuisine.

Aligning the terpenes within a specific strain of cannabis to the ingredients that compose the dish increases the ‘Entourage Effect’ and maximizes the overall experience, thereby elevating the dish and the guest experience.

You experience so many mouth watering sensations, crispy chicken thighs, light and fluffy waffles 🧇 a smoky aioli to give it all a kick and sweet maple syrup to balance the blend of flavours.

Hosting 35 people in the penthouse of One King West had its pressures, but an overall successful service, excellent dishes, and many more to come!

This crunchy Asian oriented salad has the perfect blend of acidity and sweetness to compliment the more savoury pieces of Bok that came fresh off the hot grill, urging to to take bite after bite.

My beautiful mother came up with the recipe a few years ago and has truly changed my opinion on salads and the critical balance of ingredients that comprise them along with the cohesion of acidity, sweetness and savoury within dressings, vinaigrettes & sauces.

Loved creating this soup to the perfect consistency to fill you with so little, the delicate balance of flavour which is a blend of sweetness (from the squash) and the smoky spice (from the ancho-chipotle pepper) blended with vegetable stalk, evens out the thickness and warms the pallet to compliment the warm winter vibes.

Over the many years working I’ve been working in the cannabis industry, I have yet to find a beverage that not only tasted good but also satisfies any tolerance level out there.

The flow of a team, the cohesiveness, the communication and best of all the laughs along the way. There is no better way to describe the atmosphere in any kitchen than the bond between chefs.

Wether it be your first time working together, or years of service as a team under your belt the positive vibes from this icon always brighten the mood, kept positive attitudes at their highest 😉 (pun intended) and therefore executed a phenomenal service.

And who doesn’t love a nice cold brewski 🍺 after service is completed, I know I sure do!

His attention to detail, explosive creativity and unique approach to service created a refined dining experience for each guest along with a healthy dose of 🍃😉 yes you guessed it Cannabis.

The Chef 👨🏼‍🍳 behind the Mask 😷

Another event under my belt, tons of leaning opportunities, and always room to continue to grow, I couldn’t be more proud of myself for taking on this venture.

Over the course of this past summer I have grown as an individual, collaborated with some of the industry’s most influential Chefs & continue to follow my dreams by constantly exposing myself to these pop up events, learning & evolving as a Chef and business owner to take on the industry as a entrepreneur.

The motto “there’s always room for improvement” has stuck with me for my entire life to push me further towards my goals and dreams, to grow in confidence and shape me as an industry representative.

I cannot wait to start launching these pop ups on my own and take the industry by storm, I hope you are as ready as I am!

No kitchen works without a proper team at the helm.

Each of these outstanding individuals has taken time out of their busy lives to come out and assist me on my first event. I am beyond grateful to have them in my life, share the same passion and drive for hard work & dedication.

a legend from the west coast of 🇨🇦 his sense of urgency in the kitchen helps push the team forward in any situation, his so called “method to the madness” motto kept smiles on everyone’s face and a positive attitude in the kitchen.

is the owner and founder of and is by far one of the best bakers, pastry chefs, confectionery cooks I have had the honour to grown and learn form over the past 5 years. Her jaw dropping designs have inspired me to amp up my dessert game for these events.

for almost 18 years I’ve known this beauty of a friend (more like a brother at this point 😂) and he has always had my back through think and thin. He always keeps me in check not letting me get ahead of myself and easing my nerves. Do not know what I would do without you brotha!

A great longtime friend from high school, we started multiple business ventures together and grew up together sharing a similar passion for photography. To this day his eye for the lens has blown away the competition, broken boundaries and showcased his craft in the process.

And last but not least, our beautiful representative from .official who has always encouraged me to follow my dreams and look where I am now! We have steadily moved our way up in the CAFE enterprise and seen each other reach out desired goals you are a real one can’t wait to see the wonders you do for CAFE.

A little photo drop from this past weekends Wake N Bake Brunch hosted by yours truly

An incredible turn out, all guests accounted for, two sold out events and a lot of learning along the way. While constructing this menu I took inspiration from several elements to cohesively merge flavours and create an unforgettable and flavourful experience.
