Pro Tips from the Queen
 
That’s right. Hip Image co-founder Monique de St. Croix is the undeniable Queen of the Photo Booth. Check out some of her pro tips (and examples) to get the best shots AND have the most fun.
 
1. What’s your top tip for people to get the best pic from a photo booth?
If it bends, bend it.
 
A body part… If you can bend your arm, bend it, or your waist, or your leg, or your tilt your head - a bent arm is more dynamic in a picture than a straight one, a bent knee is more dynamic than a straight leg. And the list goes on.
 
 
2. What’s your favourite prop & why should people use it?
 
My favourite sign is “bad decisions = l great stories“, or signs that are slightly sarcastic, like “World’s Okay-ist Employee”, or “Don’t tell HR”.

I think hands-down, our most hilarious prop is the mirrorball motorcycle helmet. Even the most reserved of clients has enjoyed the outlandish look of that!
