Fall yoga classes are just around the corner! Starting Wednesday September 13th there will be weekly classes from 6:30-7:30 pm at Mount Pleasant Events, Hopewell Hill. Beginners always welcome 🤗.
Classes will run for eight weeks (September 13th- November 1st) at $15.00/class or $105.00 for all sessions paid in advance.

The roads are slick so I am cancelling the 6:30 pm yoga class scheduled at Mount Pleasant for this evening. I am sorry for any inconvenience this creates. 🧘‍♂️

Our final class for the fall session is scheduled for tomorrow evening (Wed. Nov. 16th) at 6:30 pm. Since I drive from Riverview, I will be monitoring the weather closely. Looks like the worst of the weather will be up North and it should be just rain for us. As of now, class is ago. Please check late tomorrow afternoon to confirm that class is still on for 6:30. Take care!

For the next two weeks (Oct. 12 and Oct. 19) our Wednesday evening yoga classes will be Yin sessions. Yin is a more meditative slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, tendons, and bones. Bring along a blanket, bolster/pillow and prepare to slow down and turn inward 🧘‍♂️.

Fall is for yoga at Mount Pleasant. Join us Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm beginning September 14th. See you there!
