It's LOVE week, and February has been a fun few weeks for us as we prepared two very opposite flowers and wedding designs. One pink and black, and one blue and white.

Our "Gothic and Glam" wedding- dark, rich red with black and white accents...and when we say sparkles, we mean SPARKLES!! This amazingly beautiful, rich-toned wedding was held in the backyard of a lovely mountain-view bed and breakfast in Southern Alberta.

Sneak peak at our recent wedding...
Although we are usually in the business of helping you during one of the happiest days of your life, we also want to help you in some of the hardest.
New experience for us last week: we provided florals for a funeral. Boutonnieres for the family, flowers for the graveside, and the pieces at the front of the service/surrounding the urn. We also contributed to the design and display at the wake/viewing/meet the family.
If you have to go through a tough time of grief like death, let us know how we can make your memories best honour your loved one. We would be humbled.
**Side note: we are BIG ADVOCATES of hiring a photographer for a funeral. People hire them for every other major event in life, and frankly, this is a big one. They will get photos of moments you aren't aware of, people you didn't know were there, and smiles and tears alike. And you will cherish them.

FALL FOR YOU: Burgundy, peach and green
This bride contacted us a while back, asking for some help. She already had some silk bouquets, but they didn't complement her style and desires. So we took the old ones apart and incorporated them into these new ones.

It's been a busy wedding-filled summer and we aren't slowing down anytime soon! How lucky we are to be part of these special moments!
While we wait (impatiently, apparently) for photos from weddings to come back from the proffessionals, here's a few sneak peaks at a wedding or four we've done recently:
SWEET IN SUMMER: Sprinkled with soft pink and doused in live greenery, our latest wedding followed one of the hottest trends this summer; the rustic outdoors meets clean, soft, comfortable and fresh vibes.
Elegant Elopement: Blush and White. This wedding had only 4 guests invited, but it was beautiful and romantic like you wouldn't believe.
Smaller weddings are becoming more and more popular. The only thing needed in this wedding was an archway and the bridal flowers, both done "King Style," as always, custom and unique.
We aim to create the look you want, and are honoured to be part of such a sweet day.
DABBLED IN DUSTY ROSE: Congrats to our latest wedding couple. This intimate family wedding was held in the beautiful backyard farm of the groom, under a rented tent.
Dusty rose and cream highlighted the greenery and soft flowers. The families hired us for florals and greenery, and we are so grateful for their trust in us.

Our first 2022 wedding was, to say the least, a feast of beauty. The bride and groom looked like models from a magazine, the weather was cooperative, and we are so thankful for their trust in King Style Rentals!

"OLD WORLD TERRACOTA": A subtle mix of an industrial style, bohemian style, and old world/vintage. Thanks to the newlyweds for letting us be a part of your day. November wedding, Terracotta and green.
"AUTUMN HARVEST" Another fall-time wedding, this one in October. This was something of a "destination" reception, with the wedding in southern Alberta but this reception was a few days later, in Vancouver British Columbia. Colours: Red, butter yellow and cream.
'FALL-ING IN LOVE": September wedding. A family-centered wedding for a couple who blended their 7 kids. Orange, Brown and Copper.
"PINK FLORAL" wedding.. We love working with whatever vendors you chose, and love creating your dream wedding in the process. Blush, Navy and Rose Gold.

CARNIVAL CUTE: Carnival type celebration. Red and Teal colours. 2015.
We've come a long way... this was our very first wedding of one of our daughters, and we were only given 2 weeks to plan. Since then, we have done many others and accumulated more decor and learned a lot. Just thought I'd take you on a flashback to see where we started.
The outdoor wedding venue got rained out at the last minute, so the day before we had to figure out a configuration for the ceremony to be held indoors.
We still have much of these items for rent to make it match YOUR ideal wedding celebration style. We are versatile and can always change our plans if needed.
"RUSTIC PICNIC" wedding- September, multicolored with a small emphasis on sage and lilac.
With CV19 changing regulations, this location was changed just 2 weeks before this reception. In our opinion, it turned out perfectly, better than the other spot, even! This couple wanted a 'no-frills", casual reception. Included in this location was a bonfire to roast marshmallows, and a children's playground.
"BOHO BEAUTY" wedding. Amber, white and gold. Tie-the-knot theme with macrame used in many ways.
"COVID COZY" wedding. (Back when numbers were limited to a very small amount. This became a private dinner for immediate families only.) Purple, Baby blue and gold, with circles as a common theme.
"GREEN AND GLITZ" wedding. Apple green, black and silver.
