Big mistake. BIG mistake! We missed world kindness day. Usually on any given day, something is being celebrated in the world - from tacos 🌮 , to pink limousines (fun!), to robots 🤖. But world kindness day is important to us because we try to be kind and hope that our kids are/will always be kind. ❤️
So while we may be a tad late celebrating this message, it’s never too late to be kind. Because your kindness really is contagious.

We’ve been to (and are guilty of having 🙋🏻‍♀️) too many birthday parties where the kids fill their bellies with sugar and empty calories. Get ahead of that craziness by offering some nutritious smoothies as an alternate to treats - or at least BEFORE the treats come out! Hiding some kale, spinach or even avocado may be our favourite trick yet! 🥬 🥑

Halloween days have turned into Halloween weekends! 👻 🎃 The fun is what’s getting us through the exhaustive list of multi-day activities. And we’re just secretly hoping one of our kids gets a can of pop tonight while trick-or-treating and we can sit on the curb and chug it and relive our youth! Does anyone else have a favourite treat they got!?

Heading into Halloween weekend 👻, we’re also heading into a birthday party weekend! The majority of time, it’s the Christmas babies (or really December babies) that may seem resistant to sharing a holiday with their birthday. But what about those late October babies!? 👶🏼
Do you have a costume party….do you overindulge on candy and preemptively book a dentist appointment 🦷(knowing what’s coming up)….do you forget Halloween entirely - including any orange and black decor!?

🍩 CARING TIP! Donuts donut disappoint (get it!?! 🤣). More or less a mini cake - these colourful and tasty treats can satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth 🦷. Just make sure you can hear the proper requests over the yelling (bellowing) and fighting for the sprinkle ones. 😉🥳

Does anyone else celebrate “Halloween” at home the other 364 days a year!? 🙋🏻‍♀️🎃. Our costume bin can be the bane of our existence - constantly dumped all over the floor. But when you have costume as cute as this swan get-up, it makes the mess a little more tolerable 😉 🦢.
