The perfect lunch for cold days! This is Tom Som Ba Nin (ຕົ້ມສົ້ມປານິນ tangy fish soup with tilapia) on the menu this week.
Tom Som Ba Nin is one of the most famous dishes from Nam Ngum Lake in Laos which is where I grew up!! 🇱🇦🇱🇦
