HW is a full service decor company for weddings, corporate, and special events. We specialize in capturing our client's Inspiration/developing themes and bringing them to life! We own an extensive line of custom props, fabrics, specialty linens, and chair covers and are connected to many Event Professionals and Preferred Associates that we are happy to recommend. We have an in house professional F

lorist who will meet with clients at our studio and whose custom creations reflect our unique design lines. We are happy to work within the price points of our clients and offer an initial complimentary consultation at our downtown Kitchener studio by appointment only.

Y’all have got me working on proposals like crazy this week! Thank you thank you thank you. ❤️‍🔥

It’s bittersweet to say but we’re close to 70% booked for the 2022 Wedding Szn. I’ll likely be posting remaining dates/month slots in the New Year and opening up 2023.

I am so dang excited about all the new inspirations and looks I get to execute alongside my clients next season! If you’re still thinking about florals + decor for 2022 I would reach out ASAP.

I always love when I hear people say, “your job must be SO fun! you just get to play with flowers all day!”.

Giving you a human glimpse into just a single bouquet prep day.

Special thanks to my cooler for overworking and freezing overnight and having to blast it with a heat gun, soaking my shorts in bucket water, to my guests the aphids keeping me company, and to the stems and leaves I’ve ground into the floor during my designing.

I have a business mentor who taught me that I would know when the time had come for me to walk away. Well, ....that time has come. I have made the decision to retire from Hollywood Weddings Inc and pass the torch onto Steffi. October 31,2020 will be the end of HW as it is known. I will continue to meet with clients and be a part of all our beautiful weddings and events up until the end of October and continue to help Steffi meet with new clients for 2021 and beyond!What an incredible journey it has been and I have been so immensely blessed to have helped build such a beautiful business and brand and share this with my late husband Mike and both of our daughters. I watched my Mom pass away young from cancer and Mike at a young age too. I have so much life left inside me and I want to explore new and exciting opportunities and travel to some of my dream destinations when I can. My Dad always spoke about flying into the Hong Kong harbour at night and never got to do it. - I want to experience that for him.Mike always wanted that Smoothie Shack in Panama and didn’t get the chance- I want to pursue some of my dreams and not just wait for them to maybe happen one day. I am sooo excited to see Steffi convert the HW brand into Stephanie Anastasia and continue on with her incredible passion and design work! -she has so many awesome plans! I will be selling our family home in Kitchener this summer and initially staying in Kitchener to help Steffi get settled and build the brand. I will also be assisting my other beautiful daughter Sierra! I have discussed eventually making my new home in Montreal . 74 Francis Street North will remain with me and the commercial studio rented out.As many of you know I have been wearing and buying thrift items before it was cool. I have opened up a little eBay store that has become quite successful. My future plans will include many sourcing trips to the States to find cool treasures to add to my store and perhaps even a YouTube channel- who knows!. Thank you all so much for all your love and support over many years. I know so many great people in this community as business associates, friends and clients and am so grateful!
