In beautiful Maastricht, a city rich in history.
We visited the Magraten today, American war cemetery, again so impressive, all the young lives lost, for freedom❤️

We spent the day visiting the Canadian War Cemetery Memorial and Museum, how impressive and moving. The lives of so many men( so young) lost, to liberate the Netherlands❤️🇳🇱
Today marked the 80 th anniversary of operation Market Garden in Nijmegen, ( battle of Nijmegen) .

At Dublin Airport catching the 13.20 flight to the Motherland. We had a fabulous time in Ireland, unfortunately some change in plans due to Covid🤷🏼‍♀️, what do you do, make the best, and a Guinness.. cures all!!
A week of fabulous weather awaits us, time for bike rides etc, and yes of course flowers… shows and shopping.
Needless to say, I am closed for a few weeks.
