Few weeks ago was a tough cater but I pulled through. Indigenous Justice Conference at Blue Quills University. 2 days 5 meals and 250 people per meal. Ran 4 kitchens with 2 hired and the rest volunteers. I’m grateful for opportunities to show my work and help promote my business, grateful of course with the help of others to successfully reach my mark each time ..

Too many times I was asked to do functions than last minute cancellation. I turn down other gigs and I lose out on a lot of profit.
