Kaili, our Sales Coordinator at The Gem, brings over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles and hospitality. Her passion for love and weddings is contagious, and her expertise is invaluable. An avid traveller, Kaili is always planning her next adventure, and her love for books is unrivalled—she read 59 last year alone! 📚

Outside of work, Kaili is a talented baker, and a lover of backcountry camping, hiking, and paddle boarding. Expect happy tears at your wedding because Kaili is sure to shed some! Having fallen in love with a Canadian, she now calls the beautiful Canadian Rockies her home. 🏔️
