I am going to be offering a variety of salads for pickup or delivery for your backyard parties and BBQ's. They are your classic salads such as: Creamy Potato Salad (with or without hardboiled eggs), Creamy Macaroni Salad, Loaded up Pasta Salad and Homemade Creamy Mac n Cheese.

Prices for regular size takeout tin:

Potato Salad w/eggs $30
Potato Salad no eggs $25
Macaroni Salad (Homemade mayo dressing) $25
Pasta Salad (Homemade seasoned oil dressing) $30

Bechamel sauce is rich white sauce made with milk infused with herbs and other flavorings.
