Chef Glen Zoteck In home catering services covering greater Vancouver to Bellingham Washington. For over 20 years I’ve been a professional Chef in the Vancouver culinary scene.

I served as Executive Chef for Red Door Pan Asian Grill and The Boathouse Seafood restaurants before venturing out on my own as a consultant. Currently, I consult on menu development for several restaurants in the Vancouver area. My passion for food has taken me all over the world, from learning how to create a perfect curry in Bangkok to savouring fresh made pasta in Bologna. Initially trained in

Vancouver, I continued with specialized courses in Napa, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Mexico. All these experiences have influenced my West coast style, which I execute using fresh, local and sustainable ingredients. I love to create personalized and memorable dining experiences for people in their homes that they can share with their family and friends. I’m available for in home catering; cocktail parties, dinner parties, romantic dinners, home meal plans.
