Slow roasted bone in Ontario pork/ root vegetable and apples/ duck fat potato pave

5 spice poached pear/ candied pecans/ toasted granola and maple cream

A special shout out to our team for yesterday’s event.
We would not be able to do what we do without our team. Yesterday we were lucky enough to have our brother Jordan and our friend Jared. We are so grateful for all of your help Jordan and Jared! You guys did an amazing job at the bar, and were a huge help with loading and unloading the boat. As well as everything before, during and after! Braise Gourmet Catering will be offering our chicken tacos once again this Wednesday (August 14), starting at 5:30 until dark unless we sell out earlier!

Prices are:
$7.50 for one taco
$15 for two tacos
$30 for four tacos
Or a family deal of 8 tacos for $50.
Every meal comes with rice!

Pop is extra - $2 each.

For those who are off island, pick up can be arranged at the store docks. Otherwise come on over to our place at 119 Wa-Wa-Te ave and enjoy a taco dinner. 😁

We will be selling our charcoal grilled chicken tacos served with a fresh tomato corn salsa, salsa ranchera, and chipotle lime aioli Wednesday evening taking orders at 5:30 pm. We are happy to offer delivery to the bear island store docks for anyone on the lake that would like to try our delicious food!
$7.50 - 1 taco
$15 - 2 tacos
$50 - ( family dinner) 8 tacos 😊

Pops are $2 per can
