Starting Monday, January 13th, we’ll be hosting Barrel Practice and Obstacle Rides in our indoor arena! 🐎✨

Barrel Practice will be held in the large arena.
Obstacle Rides will take place in the small arena.

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Please check our website for dates beyond January 13th, and remember to sign a waiver upon arrival for the new calendar year. ✅

Due to the current weather conditions and unsafe roadways, we're unfortunately having to cancel our bronc riding practice tonight.

Your safety is our top priority, and with the conditions outside, it's just not safe to hit the arena.

🎄 Exciting Holiday Week Activities at Calnash Ag Event Centre! 🎄

In case you missed it on our website, we’re open late for riding Tuesday through Thursday next week! Here's what’s happening:

🟢 Tuesday: Ranch Roping & Open Ride until 8 PM
🟡 Wednesday: Obstacle Ride until 8 PM
🔴 Thursday: Charity Open Ride—come ride by donation to the Ponoka Food Bank! The arena will be open until 9 PM, and we’ll have the broncs bucking in the small pen.

We know everyone’s been unplugging for the holiday season, so why not saddle up and join us for some fun the week before Christmas? 🎅🐴

Due to freezing rain and road conditions this morning, we will be cancelling our obstacle ride for today. We have one coming up on Wednesday the 18th from 11am until 8pm and the one that has been cancelled for today will be rescheduled for a later date. We apologize for any inconveniences. 🕓 Time: Arena opens at 3:00 PM for warm-up; race starts at 4:00 PM

Cost: $20 per horse (payment accepted on-site)

Proceeds from this exciting evening will go directly to support the Ponoka Food Bank, helping make the season brighter for those in need.

What to Expect:
🌟 Barrel Racing with a Twist – The "Splash" portion features white cranberry mocktails, making it fun for all ages! For adults, a bar will be open with wine and other cocktails available.

🎁 Draw Prizes – We will have a draw for some festive prizes for all ages! (Prizes will be announced following the event and winners will be notified)
