As the President of AGA Academy, she harnessed her extensive education and community development background to establish an institution dedicated to nurturing minds and empowering students to reach their fullest potential. Her unwavering commitment to quality education and her innovative and unique approach swiftly propelled AGA Academy into the limelight.
Her determination to broaden her impact led her to establish A & G Associates, showcasing her entrepreneurial drive and commitment to positive change.

In February 2024, she was honoured with the Inclusive Leadership Award by the Immigrant Champions of Canada, further cementing her role as a key advocate for inclusivity and positive change.

In August 2024, she received the Distinguished Leadership and Philanthropic Excellence in Public Service award at the 2024 Bayanihan Gawad Parangal Canada in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
In October 2024, she won the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award at the Alberta Immigrant Impact Awards, hosted by the Government of Alberta.
