I had the privilege of meeting Matt Gulka and Zoe Michano recently while working on an indigenous youth leadership program. Matt and Zoe are professionals inside and outside of the gym. They volunteer their time to ensure “Healthy, confident and empowered Indigenous leaders who continue to close the gaps of inequality.” Rez Dog Barbell Club offers a variety of workout programs and specialized training for athletes. Give them a follow they are amazing people that are doing great things for this community. Shout to Industrial Athletics for hosting this great event.
