Ok, be honest. Do you ever struggle with procrastination?! Cause we definitely do😬🙋🏼‍♀️

Recently, I found this quote that’s totally shifted my mindset on how I should be approaching my harder-to-manage tasks:

“I use more energy NOT doing it than I would use just doing it.”

And it’s SO true!! Oftentimes, once I finally get to the thing that’s been hovering over for me for weeks, I feel embarrassed realizing how easy it really was🤦🏼‍♀️ so as we head into the midweek, here’s a friendly reminder that just hunkering down and DOING it is the way to go🙌🏼
