Proud to be an ILEA Edmonton member! and I were at WINGS of Providence earlier this week to present a cheque for funds raised at our collab party in December. ❤️

The team at WINGS were so lovely and showed us around as we discussed the programs they offer to women and children fleeing domestic situations! In addition to my role as board President with ILEA, I am also an advocate with Victims Services and seeing these services in action and knowing how crucial they are to women’s and children’s survival made our tour, discussion and donation even more special. Thank you for all that you do to support families! 🥰

Wine to the left of us, whisky to the right…here we are stuck in the middle 🎶🍷🥃

Elevate your welcome reception with a wine and whiskey tasting. Our team built this central focal point to anchor the reception space with lounge spaces to match. Guests of the conference enjoyed the trade show booths around the perimeter in between tastings. Great way to kick off a conference! Congrats Alberta Lead 2023!

40. 🥰

Looking back on last week, I am truly blessed to have the energy and light of loved ones around me. Lifting me up and showing me I matter and I am celebrated for who I am.

My mom messaged me early the morning of my bday and asked how I feel and I said, “I blinked”. She, like you, needed clarification. I reminded her of when I was almost 18 and was itching to get out of the rural town and live my life…she said “remember to slow down and appreciate it because one day you’re 18 and the next you’ll blink and you’re 40.” Don’t tell her I said this…but she was right.

I received another piece of sage advice from my beautiful friends that weekend, that 40s is the beginning of not giving a f*ck. Not that I won’t care anymore but that I will be more mindful of how many f*cks I do give and whom are worthy of them.

Seriously though…40. Let’s hope the next four decades are as much a wild ride as they are purposeful and full of life. 😘

That’s a wrap on Landrex 50th anniversary! An incredible night celebrating Larry Andrews and the Landrex family! Congrats! 🍾

What can I say? I love producing events. I love getting to tell peoples stories and bringing meaning to the everyday. And I love my team, they are the strongest, smartest, funniest go getters I know and I’m the luckiest to work with such talent and heart. *chefs kiss* 😘

That’s a wrap for this year! I’m the luckiest gal in the world to get to work with the most genuinely amazing, hard-working, caring people in the industry!

A big shout out to my dear friends at the who entrusted this project to my team and I. Thank you! Events are about people and telling stories and curating experiences and the Stars Box did just that - delicious, local vendors delivered to your door to enjoy. And money raised goes to support the Hospital so they can continue the critical life saving work they do every single day!

To everyone who purchased and donated - thank you! Your support means the world to the Hospital and to all the people who need it now and tomorrow. ❤️

It’s a free event to bring awareness to the incredible life saving work the does each and every day for women of all ages and stages of life!

Donations are encouraged as the funds raised from Harvest Celebration support important areas of care at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women. Let’s unite together to support women of all ages and stages of life.

How it started (6AM) ——> how it ended! (9PM)

15 hours of sunshine, old friends and new friends, wasps, 💥 fireworks, incredible event partners and the hardest working team of event profs a gal could ever ask for. ❤️ 🙌

Today was the 28 1/2th Boston Pizza Charity Golf Classic and I have had the honour of planning this unbelievable event for 11 years! The generosity (time, love, and yes money too) of everyone involved continues to blow me away. We all keep showing up because this event gives us all purpose and in a second year of a pandemic, today was needed by all. Thank you to everyone that made this event possible. Together we can do amazing things!

Congratulations to raising $222,000 for the Alberta Cancer Foundation! ❤️

I have this incredible woman to thank for inviting me to join the chapter and board. The event community has been a rock for me and for so many of us during this crazy pandemic and I’m honoured to sit on our chapter board with for another amazing year. 😘 thanks babe for your strength, leadership and friendship!

Even though this pandemic seems never-ending, there is an end in sight. Similar to this suspension bridge, that we hiked 3.5km in/out in bear country to find, there is always the other side to look forward to. Crossing it is scary AF (especially when you have a fear of falling) but worth it in the end.
Hang on friends, we’re nearly there!! ❤️

This incredibly kind and wonderful human will be four tomorrow.

I’m always in awe of how fast time moves and in that same breathe, in awe of the capacity we have to love our offspring so deeply, in such a short amount of time. My life would not be the same without her spark and I’m thrilled I get to be her mom. Happy birthday my sweet one!

Shout out to for the Frozen themed decor crate! Friends check her stuff out at and to Mike for the fun bouncy castle for her. We did this safely and perhaps over the top, but if this pandemic has taught us anything, life is too short and fun can still be had. ❤️
